Terms & Conditions luxury111 – Official Platform Terms of Use Malaysia

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the luxury111 platform, accessible via luxury111.run and all associated subdomains ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and luxury111 ("Company", "we", "us").

Luxury111 is a licensed online casino and Sports Betting platform operating under valid regulatory authority. The platform offers a wide range of services including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, lottery, and table games to eligible Malaysian players. All services are provided "as is" and subject to the terms set out herein.

Your continued use of the luxury111 Platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of those amendments. luxury111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by providing reasonable notice to members via email or an in-Platform notification.

To register and use the luxury111 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Luxury111 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete. Accepted documents include MyKad, a valid Malaysian passport, or other official identity documents recognised by the Malaysian government.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only on luxury111. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of our terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Set a strong password of at least eight characters, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Providing valid Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details held in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.
• Verify your mobile number via the OTP code sent during registration.

Luxury111 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Inaccurate or false account information may result in account closure and the forfeiture of all funds held therein.

Luxury111 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Malaysia: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX through Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the luxury111 account holder.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 20 per transaction
• No standard maximum deposit limit – VIP limits may vary by membership tier
• All deposits are processed within less than 2 minutes
• Luxury111 charges no processing fees on any deposit
• Luxury111 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding MYR 5,000 within a 24-hour period.

Withdrawal requests can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another verified Malaysian payment method held in the same member's name. luxury111 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawal processing time to Malaysian e-wallets: 15–30 minutes after verification
• Withdrawal processing time to Malaysian bank accounts: 1–3 business days
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed identity verification (KYC).
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn

Luxury111 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and rules stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all luxury111 bonuses are as follows:

• 100% First Deposit Bonus up to RM 1,000 – Available to new members only. 20x wagering requirement on total deposit + bonus amount. Must be completed within 30 days of credit.
• Weekly Cashback 10% – Calculated based on net losses over the week. Credited every Monday before 12:00 PM. 1x rollover only.
• Daily Sports Rebate 1.2% – Calculated based on total daily Sports Betting turnover, regardless of outcome. Credited the following day before 12:00 PM. 1x rollover required.

The wagering requirement means you must wager a specified amount before winnings from bonus credits can be withdrawn as cash. For example, if a MYR 100 bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling MYR 2,000 before the bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable cash.

• Each member may claim each bonus once only unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be shared
• Luxury111 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses granted on the basis of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses will expire automatically if the wagering requirements are not met within the stipulated timeframe.

All games offered on the luxury111 platform – including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and other Live Casino games – have specific rules available within each game's interface. The general rules that apply are as follows:

• All game outcomes generated by the RNG or a Live Casino dealer are final and cannot be contested unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, luxury111 will attempt to restore the session based on the last verified record. Unconfirmed winnings may not be credited.
• Luxury111 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues or device problems on the member's end.

• All accepted bets are final unless there is an obvious pricing error or a force majeure event.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes.

• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner.
• Should a match be postponed by more than 24 hours from its originally scheduled time, all bets placed on that match will be refunded to the member's balance.
• In-play bets are subject to real-time updated odds and are accepted based on confirmation from the luxury111 system.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your luxury111 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and any other actions carried out using your login credentials. To keep your account secure:

• Do not share your username or password with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings.
• Log out of the Platform after every session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Notify the luxury111 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your account information up to date, including your phone number and email address, whenever changes occur.

Luxury111 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity suspected to involve fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

Luxury111 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Misuse of luxury111's bonus or promotional systems.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• A member's own request to close their account (self-exclusion).
• Players identified as underage (under 18 years old).

Upon account closure, any valid cash balance (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the same payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to the completion of a full fraud investigation. luxury111 reserves the right to withhold the refund until the internal investigation is concluded.

• Losses arising from unauthorised use of a member's account due to the member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Game outcomes that a member finds unsatisfactory, given that all games operate on a fair, certified RNG.
• Sports Betting outcomes are based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body.
